Paul Fraser is the Director and Owner Operator of Facility Friend Limited (FFL), bringing decades of experience and expertise in property services to the company. With a deep commitment to excellence and client satisfaction, Paul oversees all aspects of FFL’s operations, ensuring that each client receives personalized and effective facilities management solutions.

Paul Fraser’s career in property management spans over 30 years, encompassing diverse roles from building management to maintenance, serviced apartment operation and development and project planning. His extensive knowledge of the industry enables him to navigate complex challenges, delivering practical solutions that enhance property functionality and value.

    Without a caretaker or in house expertise the office manager or principal will contact their facility friend to attend to those odd jobs. Blinds not functioning, door closers adjusted before they chopped off a finger, basket hoop falling off, cleaner absent, and those not sure who to call property issues - their Facility Friend is called in to help when needed.
